Oaklands Park is a residential Park Home Estate in Dorset suitable for over 55’s. This well presented park is just a short drive to the Jurassic coastlines and historic market town of Dorchester. Oaklands Park is located in Warmwell, Dorset, consisting of 81 owner occupied homes with residents being of mostly retirement age. The Park itself is very well presented with home owners taking pride in their surroundings.

A quiet and peaceful park, set close to ancient woodlands and open heath, Oaktree park is perfectly placed between the market towns of Ringwood and Ferndown with local amenities just minutes away and within an easy walk of the Avon Heath Country Park and Hurn Forest.

If you want to be close to the coastal waters of the North West, Ocean Edge Holiday Park near Heysham is a great choice. As its name suggests, Ocean Edge is located right on the seafront, offering fantastic views of the stunning Irish Sea, plus there’s plenty to do both on and off park. Kids and adults are both well entertained, with a range of activities to choose from. Swim in the heated indoor pool or relax in the sauna while the kids can enjoy the indoor soft play and outdoor playground. Then try your luck in the amusement arcade.

OIP has been trading since 1993, their activities in the mobile home industry started with the design and installation of specialist UPVC double glazed systems for Static Caravans, Lodges and Narrow Boats. The business went from strength to strength and now have their own factory that covers the manufacture of not only their own window systems but mobile buildings such as toilet & Shower Blocks, Wash-rooms & Laundries, Sports Changing Rooms and Sports Tea Cabins/Club shops. OIP have a dedicated team involved in Static Caravans and Lodges.

Our caravan park in Lancashire was established in 1983 and has always been a family run business. Before they became business owners in Capernwray, the family were locals. In the early 1940s, the family moved to Capernwray as dairy and sheep farmers. Twenty years later, John Wightman acquired ownership of the farm the family had been working and continued the family’s farming legacy until 1983, when the caravan park was established. Since John Wightman, the park has stayed in the family and remains our home and livelihood.

Orchard Caravans is a family business based in Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1LT it has been trading in Wells for over 50 years. The business has grown from a small caravan park along Burnt Street Wells in 1968 and after many years of experience and growth its head office is now situated at Great Eastern Way. Here you will find a large office complex, extensive landscaped showground, with workshops and vehicle /equipment compound, and covers much of its privately owned industrial site.

Orchard Park Home Estate is located just off the High Street in the respected town of Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire and consists of 38 owner occupied park homes with the majority of residents being of semi retired age. Orchard Park offers delightful views over the surrounding countryside and provides residents with a quiet and peaceful environment yet is within an easy drive to main shopping centres and amenities. A pooled car park area is to be found at the estate entrance with many of the residents having individual parking outside their home.

The Orchards is an action-packed Holiday Village with activities such as Archery Coaching and Junior Segways for the whole family to take on! There’s two coarse fishing lakes and a challenging 9-hole golf course to take a swing at too. Not forgetting both an indoor and an outdoor pool for splashing fun!
