The NCC is delighted to present Stephen Elkins with a long service award for a remarkable career spanning more than four decades in the caravan and park home industry, earning a reputation for both his expertise and his genuine passion for the sector. He began his journey in 1981 at Sunseeker Caravans based in Northamptonshire where he quickly established himself in Sales.
By 1987 the company evolved into Homeseeker Park Homes with Steve as their National Sales Manager, leading onto the role of Sales Director marking the start of a long period of leadership and influence.
Over the years Steve has continued to bring energy and vision to every role he’s taken on.
In 2001 he became Sales and Marketing Director at Country Homes in Suffolk, where he played a key role in driving growth and strengthening the Brand.
On reaching his retirement age in 2013 he carried on with his career by joining Tingdene Homes as New Business Manager, further broadening his experience across the industry.
Today, Steve remains an integral part of “The Tingdene Parks Group,” working in acquisitions where his deep knowledge, trusted relationships, and longstanding commitment continue to shape the future of the business.
His career reflects not just longevity, but a consistent dedication to people, quality, and the evolving landscape of park home living .
