DVLA will be carrying out essential maintenance on several of its online services on Sunday 28 March 2021. The following services will be unavailable from 08:00hrs for several hours to approximately 12 noon:

Assign a personalised number online
Retain a personalised number online
Disposal of a vehicle to trade
Acquire a vehicle from trade
Vehicle keeper to keeper change

DVLA is sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
